everything. Actually, I think I'll go ahead and replace that SCR no matter
what.

Mike, If you have to replace components on card #1 here is some info: Q104 and Q105 are 2N5309 (NTE 128) NPN Silicon. Q103, 102, and 101 are 2N2646 (NTE 6401) UJT silicon. Diodes are NTE 125. SCR replacements are NTE5455. I was able to purchase all these parts from local Electronic store.
