Hi
Jerry,
I got
my pulley off with a gear puller. I soaked it in penetrating oil for a day first
though.
OTOH,
if you do not want to remove the armature from the motor housing then there is
no
need
to remove the pulley on the E15 and E20 motors. I had exchanged the brushes
on
two
motors without any tools. I simply put the new brushes in and held them back
with
my
fingers to slide them over the comm when putting the end-bell back on. I may
have
used a
wooden stick to do so.

I think I got the reassy figured out now I need
to get the pulley off, may have to cut it, any one got a spare pulley to sell?
don't want to break anything trying to remove the pulley so may just cut
it..or any ideas?

you get the brushes over the comp during reassy???? thanks in advance, got
to order the brushes yet and rework the comp, so will need the info soon,
