Re: (ET) Penetrating oil & conductivity



There's a lot better products that penetrate rusty stuff better and
faster.  I use Gibbs as I deal with lots more rusty stuff than Etracks,
found it best, and get it by the case. Consider WD 40 a 'homeowner's' 
not a 'rusty iron  mechanic's'  product.  

WD40 has ruined an awful lot of volume and other controls on TV's and
Stereos.  It attacks the deposited carbon elements inside.  They will
work OK for a while then go away.  There are special products made for
these controls.
