Hi John Sound like your charge is working just fine. What the condition of your batteries. However, I am not sure you have a problem at all. 10hr from 37V to 40V and about 43V charging sound about right. Give then another 10 hours and see what they stabilize at and check them with a hydrometer. Any other thoughts guys. Geof Thompson
