I had a drum brake on a previous tractor.  It worked fine but was a bit of 
problem to install.  I wound up using a lever from an old road grader to 
work it.

The brake Bill sold was not a drum brake but an upgrade of the disk 
brake.  It works great, but I have no idea where you could get one.
