The setpoint is adjustable. I don't know if nicads are amenable to my charging scheme or not. You can see the detaila of the controller at Elec-trak.com in the classifieds. Or here:

check with Landis I may be imagining it but I think his controller has
settable charge points... or perhaps he could build to your specs ???
