Could we summarize the current possibilities for getting AC (120V or 240V) 
out of our 36V tractors?

I know about REDI-LINE http://www.rediline.com/, which was the OEM for the 
GE Elec-trak rotary inverter.  Looks like the 36V unit is no longer a 
stock item but according to the "Specifying Guidelines" page

and the DA36L-1600A

I've been thinking the same, for as long as I've had my ET, but 36 v 
inverters are so blasted expensive (and more recently the 12, and 24v, 
Redi-line's on ebay seem to be way up), and the local power company is so 
quick to fix problems, that it's more of a fun challenge, than a need.  ;-)
