I really like the Soneil charger.  I've been using it for over 2 years now 
on my E-
12, and watering the batteries is pretty much a thing of the past for me 
now.  

If charging speed is a concern, you could also look at the Soneil 12-volt 
chargers 
(3 in series) such as the 1212SR.  There is also a 6-volt charger from 
Soneil now.

Disclosure:  I was so impressed with this unit (the 3610SRF), I became a 
distributor.  If anyone wants a Soneil charger, call me for pricing.  I'm 
prepared 
to be friendly to electric tractor owners.
