That shunt is 19" of I think number 4 copper wire, you actually pulledenough current that it burnt up ??? WOW.

The "fuse' (fusible link) across the disconnect should have gone waybefore that., interesting to know what really happened.

BTW, see a desulfator on ebay that is supposed to work with 36 volts,anyone have any comments, sounds like a semicommercial venture.
