(ET) Belleville Washer

Ok, the original brake I checked has belleville washers - three of them. 
They measure about 0.743" diameter, 0.380" hole, 0.040" thickness, and 
0.060" height (uncompressed). I did a quick look at McMaster and they 
have one with basically the same dimensions: 9712K71 (carbon steel), 
9713K71 (ss).

To be exact, a deflection test should be done, but I imagine these will 
work.
