(ET) Contactor/solenoid and thermal cut-outs

Guys did you notice
the next image after Stancor Contactor/Solenoid covers
thermal cut-outs. For me this has been the first place I've been able to locate
these little guys.
What is the recommended value for our traction and
mower motors? In most of my machines the the cut-out has been fried and
bypassed. If I am tearing down the motor I might as well put this safety
feature back in. Can't be too careful in my book.
