(ET) E20 Speed 8 broken

Marcus Lorch has an E20 which is teasing him with an uncommon problem,
that of blowing the control section fuse in Speed 8.  Here are two guesses,
best I can do without seeing the tractor.  First is that the connection
from the microswitch to the resistor has shorted to ground where it passes
from the control box to inside the console.  Second guess is that the 
FW resistor has open-circuited.
