As others have said, you can use one 12-volt charger and charge 2 batteries at a time, so takes 3 times as long. All without disturbing the original wiring.

Or... you can use three 12-volt chargers at once if you happen to have such around. The one catch is the chargers must be isolated, or else you'd have to disconnect the batteries from the tractor. The good news is that most all automotive type 12-volt charger are isolated, which is pretty easy to tell as they will have a heavy transformer inside.
