Re: (ET) wiring diag help needed...

John, I have no jerky foot throttle, it is smooth all the way from low to
high. Make sure the pot is moving smooth when you move the throttle, it
could be a machinical problem. Sometimes I mow in L at Med. to High speed
if the grass is high. Sometimes in D about med. speed. D seems to use
less
power then L. Or it could be a bad spot on the speed pot. Dirt can cause
a
jerky responce. I have 2 pots, one for cruise control. The C.C. pot is an
old one I had in my junk box. It is dirty and sometimes responds jerky or
even stops when I move it. It's like a cheep hi-fi with a noisey volume
control.

I do get less regen in the higher gears. I think it is just a machinical
thing do to the gears ratios, D2 has almost none, LL stops fast.

Ask Steve, about the time delay on braking, I have none. The brake
problem
could be a software thing. I have Bill's new brakes and they will lock the
back wheels with just a light touch of the toe, they are better then the
power brakes on my new truck.
