The main problem that I have heard from Bill is that he would spend a long
time trouble shooting your problems. Find what parts that were required,
give the part numbers and price. All too many times the customers said
they could get the parts cheaper someplace else. Someone even suggested
that Bill should pay the shipping. Now ask yourself, how long would YOU
want to be in business if your were treated this way? Over the 15+ years
I have heard Bill say this over and over. Because of the comments I
would order extra parts for spares, now it has paid off.
I can fully understand why Bill is quitting. I think you would too.
