Larry,

You have a good point about Bill doing what he wishes, and I am
SURE he will.

I just think that he needs to know that there are LOTS of people
out there that truely value his business and himself as a
resource, and REALLY ARE willing to pay for that resource.  That
wea re not just sponging off him.

I would also HOPE if he refuses this idea, that he would at
least consider holding a "going out of business sale", CASH
only, before he sells off everything to a singe party.
