Re: (ET) coop fee to Bill (let's commit to him now)
You could also consider 25% delivered each quarter of the year, to give him
an incentive to stay in it for the whole year... after all, if we gave him
the $20k, will he sign a contract to stay in it for the whole year, and
what
happens, contract or not, if he just pulls the plug, or possibly dies? The
big key, past this nominally 1 year period, is to have all the design
documents/files/etc transferred/whatever to someone else who'll carry them
on.
