Assuming that the 12 v is isolated from ground in the charger (needs to 
be checked - of course)  they could be stacked but the usual output of 
those cheapies is only a few amps, 10 on the better ones with no 
"reserve" for the starting inrush on the motor.  Might start a mower 
motor, probably not a drive or blower motor.

May be an interesting experiment, probably pop a few fuses or breakers tho.
