Re: (ET) Somebody needs to be shocked!!
Tim,
I agree with Dave and Rob, somebody needs to take an E20 up there and show
those guys what one can do. I tried something similar years ago with an
E15
running 42 volts, with the seventh battery in place of the charger and lift
motor. I too had belt slipping problems and just never pursued going back
again. Always wanted to and maybe now that I'm retired I just may try it
again. Got a feeling the Alltrax would be a benefit too.
Some time back, some of you fellows were talking about the Gator mulching
blades. Does anyone know what part number will work best with a 42" front
mount deck? Having to make any sort of adapter would not be a real big
problem. I'd also like to try them on my E10M, if anybody knows which
blade
would work best on the 36" deck.
For those of you out there with the Alltrax DCX300-ET and a foot pedal
throttle on say an E20, I-5, or a C-185; I have finished the modification
to
the Pot Box supplied by Steve at Alltrax and have it mounted in the
tractor's original throttle box. It looks completely stock. If anybody is
interested, I've got several pictures.
