Since some one first brought it up I have tried
doing some digging for AC systems. I want to explore the
cost.
As for pollution it will be created somewhere but
probably better managed at one spot. We have to have electricity from
something
water, wind, oil, sun and in Ontario a expanding
nuclear production to meet the new standards for Canada. Figure out which
ones can be taxed the easiest.
