lets not forget the government as a player here.  major forces don't want 
electric till every nickel is squeezed from oil.  also key players in 
nuclear 
development.  not much help with wind, water, solar tho.  ev's have been 
around 
for over 100 years.  what subsidies have they found in comparison to oil 
etc.  
when people lead..... leaders follow
