I looked at old emails and here is what I found. 36v dash bulbs from Radio Shack. Part number: RSU-11385994 36v head lights from Hyster, Unisource(TM). Part number is 3015692. Description: Bulb 36v B9. Markings on the bulb are "Taiwan" and the code "SP5". I am guessing this is what I have at home. Do remember that I had to get the bulbs from 2 sources.
