Some of us have posted that 24 volts burns up motors. But in my case it
was the rear lift being subjected to heavy use (not much cool-down
time), and since then someone else has suggested the symptoms were of a
failed part inside (bi-metal something or other?)... so it is sitting on
a shelf for me to open up someday and see what really is wrong.
