Hello Jeff Tickner,
We won't have the install guide until after I install our controller in my
E15. I'll use it to take pictures and work out the cabling etc.
The controller has the ability to use any golf car throttle pot and
inductive, 0-5K, 5K-0, and several others I can't think of at the moment.
But I'm going to try the 5K-0 on my E15 because it makes it real easy to do
reverse from the same pot using one lever or foot control and one micro
switch to tell direction.
All the other switches, relays, contactors and control board in the ET will
be eliminated by the new controller.
I think the only original wiring left will be for the PTO contactor,
lights,
battery charger and of course the safety switches if you still use them.
I don't know what you mean by "full support for the brake pedal". But the
brake pedal switch could be wired in series with the KSI (key switch input)
terminal on the controller. This is like a "Ready" signal to the
controller
that makes it come alive when it's at a pack positive potential. Wire all
your safety switches in series with this terminal and it shuts down the
controller when the line is opened.
