RE: (ET) snowblower shipping
Cheapest shipping I have found is:
http://www.discount-shipping.net/within_USA.html
$.45 to $.68 per pound dock to dock anywhere in the nation, $150 minimum.
As far as how long can you blow snow? Well, if the snow is powdery, for a
few hours. I have
blown (3) 200' x 10' driveways AND THE 500' of ROAD BETWEEN THEM! In wet
snow, 1 drive will
wear down the battery. The thing plugs in wet snow. On flat concrete,
with weight, you can
get by without chains. On ANY hills you need chains and weights.
Steering can be a problem too.
When I can, I use the blade not the blower. It goes faster, but is harder
to steer.
