Elec-Trac.org has beaucoup manuals, etc. - mostly for the GE's but some WHs
are identical (or close enough) - I believe the 145 falls in that category,
but others woudl know better. One of the manuals has an excellent
troubleshooting guide for the charger.

Not directly related to your present problem, but for future reference on
parts you also should be aware of the Toro site (Toro acquired Wheel Horse)

I forget who initially found this, but it is a treasure trove of parts
drawings and numbers. Put in Wheel Horse for Brand and 1975 or so for Year
and Riding Products for Type. You'll find the B-145 and others in there.
