Welcome to the board Steve.  I don't live in Oregon,
but always glad to have a new ET'er.  I actually live
in Georgia, the land of few ET's.  I've only been on
the board for 3 months myself.  It's a wonderful group
though.  Here you will find answers to most of your
Elec-Trak questions from both theory and experience. 
There's a wealth of knowledge about these tractors
here.  So, don't hesitate to ask questions.

So far, I haven't had many problems, but I have
restored my I-5, the industrial model of the ET.  I
learned alot through the adventure and even more from
the great advice here.  For some reason, the board is
unusually quiet this weekend.  Just want to give you a
welcome.
