(ET) new mailing list system

I am about to switch to using mailman instead of majordomo to maintain
the Elec-trak list.  That should provide better service for everyone.
There will also be a good archiving system here on cosmos, so that it
won't be necessary to use Yahoo! for anything.

You should get a message within an hour or so saying that you have
been subscribed to the new list and giving a password that you will
need if you want to change settings or unsubscribe using the web.
After that, there will be a message from me with some more
information.

If you don't get the message saying you're subscribed, please contact
me at at kdo cosmos phy tufts edu.

It will be easier for me if you don't send any mail to the list until
you get the message saying you're subscribed again.
