Ok guys, this may be a dumb question, but I can't
figure out exactly where to check the voltage on my
charger. I've had it out and replaced both the diode
assembly and the capacitor. Hooked it back up, but
can't find any output voltage on any of the three
terminals on top (near the timer). Is this where I'd
check for voltage? I'm thinking there may be
something wrong with my charger other than the parts I
replaced.
