Speaking for myself (and I imagine others), I'm glad people post items for
sale - especially if the price is right. >From what I've seen you are in a
fairly rich area, ET-wise, and prices may be lower there than, say, here in
VA where they are pretty rare - although I believe our ranks are growing.

There is no concrete price - what is a 30 year old rusty tractor worth?
After 30 years each has a unique combination of problems, good points, and
accessories. And because of the size and weight, distance is high on the
pricing list. I remember recently a nice John-Deere 90 was auctioned on
e-bay. I think it went very cheap (maybe $100?) but it was out in ND or
someplace. It would have cost $300 or $400 to ship it out east.  At the same
time another nice one was sold in PA (I think) and ended up going for
several hundred dollars.

If the buyer and the seller both think they did well (or both think they got
ripped off the same!) then Id say the price is fair.
