Either the E15 (or I-5, a larger machine) can be fitted with a front-mount 
mower deck.  Used decks, in varying conditions, are offered on this list 
from time to time, for anywhere from $50 or so on up.  Maybe someone will 
see your note and offer one.

If you want a mower deck in essentially new condition, Bill Gunn at 
Technical Service and Parts sells new mower decks with rebuilt motors.  I 
believe the price is around $1200, plus shipping.  You may also need some 
additional mounting hardware.  

You can reach Bill at 608 868-6220.  One warning, Bill does business in 
rather old-fashioned ways -- no credit cards, phone orders, and the like; 
you call him for a quote and then mail a check.

If you want something more moderately priced, but still don't want to do 
any 
refurbishing, post a note here and perhaps someone will offer to fix one

and sell it to you.
