i recently had similar problems but was successful by standing the et up
on
its back end and following the various wires along their passage. obvious
problems like wires rubbing on turning pulleys, missing wire ties, broken,
burned wires.
did the same in all the upstairs electrical compartments, rebuilt the
main disconnect, and off she went remember safety poles or ropes when
standing it up. good luck, jon k
