RE: (ET) Solid State Controls

I share the enthusiasm for this thread.  This seems one of the best discussions we have had regarding controls on the 'Tracs.  I have had one or two instances of the same reversed control syndrome on an E-15 (the relay eater).  It happens when (1) the batteries are low and (2) there is a big power draw, like the loaders electric/hydraulic pump running while I change directions.
I don not no the cause.  However, the instant I sense we are moving the wrong way, I go to "stop" on the throttle lever, shut off the loader, and carefully crawl to the barn for a recharge.  Might have something to do with those field reversing relays that get arced on my E-15?

Subject: (ET) Solid State Controls

I don't understand 25% of the information I am recieving on this subject.
I am however enjoying every minuite of the discussion. Twice today, once at
work and then again here at home, I had more real e-mail than I did spam.

I do however have a question. On my E-12 when I put it into gear and push
the speed control forward the tractor goes foward. If I pull the lever back
the tractor backs up. Is this normal?

Every one keep up the good work.
