You didn't say what the dimensions are of the battery 'area'.

I received one two days ago from a previous auction. 'New' these
go for over $100 last I checked. The one I have arrived with 12.25v
on the terminals. I charged it, but haven't had time to cycle it yet.
This weekend probably. This is essentially the same battery that is
in my B&D CMM650 12v mower, which has a 6 year old battery
that had a weak cell at the end of last year. I did a 'Lee Hart' to
it this spring, charging it for over 24 hours at about 16v at low
current (<1amp). It seems to have come back, I haven't checked
it's capacity yet, but it has been mowing the yard fine this year.
