He will if you don't have one already.
Make sure you have the serial number when you call.
If you can contact the previous owner and get their account number
(some will have written it in the Owners or Service manual, or it
may be on the tractor itself under the 'hood') that will smooth
over the transfer.  I made the mistake of not doing that, and now
I have my account number and the previous owner's (20+ years
of service records that don't appear on my account for Bill to see
when I call).
