(ET) first mow addendum

Hi all,

I wrote a last week about low power going up hills. It turned out I had a
bad capacitor on the circuit board that would not allow the third speed
setting to click in (top speed - no series armature resistor- for an E12S).
This is probaby a likely scenario for us as these are electrolytic caps 
that
are 30 years old, which is a long time for these parts to stay functional.
Just something to watch for.
