hi geof, the motors are basically the same for either deck, but the 
mounting 
flanges are sufficiently different as to make it impractical to switch 
motors 
between the 2 types of decks.  
    you might be able to use mid mount motors,from large frame mower deck, 
on

Are the electric motors on the two motor mowers deck the same as on the
three motor mowing decks?  Or asking  the question another way can the
motors from the three motor decks be installed into the two motor decks, do
they fit, to the bolt whole line up?
