(ET) update on ET15 starter problem

 - Greetings -

A strange problem that cries for immediate solution.  I think the 
contacts on the reversing relay are failing.  Inadequate field 
current is one result which will cause the motor to draw lots of
amps and get very hot. 

My E-15 now has its third, fourth, or fifth reversing relay.
