That chart looks right to me, from memeory about what we used on test
stands for long term alternator tests (up to 2 years).  On my unit I
look for 1.26 for full charge indicator after a short rest after charge
cycle.

I'd look for less hysterysis on the auto charger, letting battery drop
to 30% charge is not the best, think cycle at 80% would be better.  My
JD used to cycle 10 min on each 24 hours when the timer worked.
