Allan,
You're right. Any mower is allowed if it doesn't use a combustable fuel,
so electrics are great. This is going to make things around here very
interesting this summer!

Just out of curiousity, would the new government regulation allow the use
of an ET, or even an electric push mower, during the AM hours?
