I did some follow up e-mail.  Here is the result.  These appear to 
be unit prices.  I think I may well bite; this is real 36V stuff, 
and the price isn't bad-- I am told a GE inverter (I was quoted on 
a 'NEW' one if you can believe it) solid-state 1000 Watt is $200 + 
shipping.  One advantage to the GE is that it is made to fit under 
the hood.  These are small so may as well.  Let the buyer beware.

I have not imported before, however, a number of people I correspond with
may 
be interested in some of the sizes.  The numbers of units we are talking
about 
is probably on the order of 10, so this is not a big order by any means.  
If
this is 
not a large enough order for importation, I understand.  Could you give us
an idea 
of what sort of cost we are looking at both in units of 10 or of single
units for the 
smaller 4 sizes of inverters you list?
