Sorry Dave to take so long to answer. We moved our home office and were
down for a few days and busy catching up for a few more..
BreakAway or oil. Spray it on the drain holes from underneath
occasionally unless the batteries are out, then paint the box with old
wheel grease. I rebuild commercial washers with about 6-8 inch bearings
and save the old (but good) bearing grease for such purposes. Nothing
stops rust like grease and oil.
