With respect to the F-N-R level what is the position of the big plastic cam
wheel? Or is there a registration mark I can't locate?

when i look at a spare assembly, heres how it looks.
1 place assembly so that throttle lever is sticking out to your right.
2 when the lever is in neutral, the outermost ring of plastic has its
1
inch convex strip, visible between the switches and the steel frame. in
other words, almost to the 12 oclock position.
3 at same time, the 2nd ring from the outside has its 3 inch convex
strip
ending about 1/2 inch below the end of the steel frame. in other words it
ends at almost the 3 oclock position.
good luck, jon k
