I have the trimmers but am not inclined to sell, but they are worth getting
it you can find them. As for the A/C trimmers working I here some can work
except that the high D/C current trough an A/C switch will burn it out. I
have a chainsaw that draws a lot of amps and the way GE got around this is
they put a contactor inline. When the trigger on the handle is pushed the
contactor engages. I may modify it so I can try other A/C devices. With a
bit of luck I may find some that work.
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
