Re: quarter peal



neat! It's the dodges up, where he both needs to cut the backstroke in
short (hence having taken in a foot of tail) and also needs extra pull to
get the bell back up to the balance.
Thanks for the perspective Laura, I don't think I've seen 3 people raise a
bell before
