  I don't know what to make of that as a headline. Their numbers are going 
up and there might be some more restrictions soon. At any rate, it's 
always nice to see news features about ringing, this time with masks on in 
the tower (why not outdoors together?) and a short but clear discussion of 
the architectural problems that mean not everywhere can manage,
