The Smith event will be (tentatively) 10–3. However, when last I spoke to the Smith ringers we were considering moving the event to the 18th instead — it would be slightly better for a number of the Smith ringers, and my impression is that there is a competing wedding in Boston on the 11th. (If anyone else on the list has opinions, let me know.)

That said, we’d be happy to make some time to practice the new method at the Area Meeting either way! (And you can count me in for a trip to Kent whenever it falls.)

I am interested in trying to name the proposed Academic Delight Major method at Kent the following week, Saturday, January 18, if there is sufficient interest in road trips two weeks in a row. Depending on how the ringing goes there, we would have an opportunity to ring with the students and perhaps ring a second quarter.
