Re: visitors' and peal fees discussion

Central to our deciding about fee structures is our having some idea what we're spending the money on, which is another discussion that we postponed to email. I propose that we have both of these discussions on a guild finances thread involving anyone who responds positively to this email or to Margaret's earlier email, see below.
