I'm probably being clueless here, but:

- Review old business

- Officers' reports

- Elect new members

- Elect new officers

- New Business:

    (Form committee to look into hosting an AGM?)

    (Do we need any new equipment?)

    (Recruitment ideas?)

I would have thought that covered the bases, but again, I may be missin' something here.
