MIT sing!



Laura already sent an email about this, but here is the "official" email 
from
the MIT Concert Choir. We'll provide scores for you to read and choir 
members
to stand next to if you're like me and can't sight sing. You can stand 
next to
us anyway; we're quite friendly. Our director is fabulous, our pianist is 
as
skilled as he is indulgent, and we're singing some really beautiful stuff- 
the
Hallelujah Chorus from Handel's Messiah, the Lacrimosa from Mozart's 
Requiem,
and even the native New England Chester! And more...

Do you like music? How about singing?

Ever wondered what it might be like to sing the Hallelujah Chorus or
O Fortuna from Carmina Burana with a choir of over 50 people? Maybe
just once, for fun....

Well, this Thursday at 5pm, you can do just that! Come join in the
MIT COMMUNITY SING with the MIT Concert Choir. All you need is your
voice! We'll provide everything else, including scores and lots of
amazing singers who would love for you to join in.

SO, take an hour off, come to LOBBY 10 @ 5PM, THURSDAY 1ST NOVEMBER,
AND SING TO YOUR HEART'S CONTENT.... (or you could just come, sit and
listen to some good music..and eat some delicious free cookies).
